Job description

We are recruiting for a key management role to mark the opening of a new 4* boutique hotel in Split. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong operational skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role offers the opportunity to shape a new establishment from the ground up – from service culture and team building to the guest experience.

Your Area of responsibility

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel
  • Establishing and implementing structures, processes and quality standards in preparation for the new opening
  • Leading, motivating and developing the entire team
  • Ensuring everything runs smoothly across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B)
  • Active involvement in day-to-day operations with a clear hands-on approach
  • Responsibility for the F&B department, including quality, concept and profitability

Your qualifications

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and motivate the team, with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of English, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
  • Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Analytical understanding of KPIs, profitability and growth potential
  • Strong F&B expertise
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail
