Job description
We are looking for a construction project manager to oversee all activities of the construction projects from start to finish.
You will be required to coordinate projects / construction / renovation and ensure they are delivered on time according to the budget.
Planning, operating, phasing works, and ensuring a good quality of the work, interacting with architects, engineers and contractors thanks to high quality construction methods are some of the key’s drivers of the function.

Your Area of responsibility
- Leadership in directing and coordinating team members to achieve all deliverables required for the Project
- Monitoring and Evaluating Project Schedule and Plans

Co-ordinate initial site meeting with all team members and establish date, time, and frequency of all subsequent site meetings

Develop Communication framework for Request for Information (RFI), Request for Inspection and response times, as well as Site Instruction Protocol

Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations with regards to occupational health and safety as well as labor relations matters
Your qualifications
- Excellent command of English
-
Bachelors in engineering, building sciences or relevant subjects

Experience in property development / project management and understanding of high quality and sustainable construction methods

Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs

High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions

Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings

Project management professional certification or any equivalent qualification is a bonus.
