Job description

We are looking for a construction project manager to oversee all activities of the construction projects from start to finish.
You will be required to coordinate projects / construction / renovation and ensure they are delivered on time according to the budget.
Planning, operating, phasing works, and ensuring a good quality of the work, interacting with architects, engineers and contractors thanks to high quality construction methods are some of the key’s drivers of the function.

Your Area of responsibility

  • Leadership in directing and coordinating team members to achieve all deliverables required for the Project
  • Monitoring and Evaluating Project Schedule and Plans
  • Co-ordinate initial site meeting with all team members and establish date, time, and frequency of all subsequent site meetings
  • Develop Communication framework for Request for Information (RFI), Request for Inspection and response times, as well as Site Instruction Protocol
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations with regards to occupational health and safety as well as labor relations matters

Your qualifications

  • Excellent command of English
  • Bachelors in engineering, building sciences or relevant subjects
  • Experience in property development / project management and understanding of high quality and sustainable construction methods
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
  • Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
  • Project management professional certification or any equivalent qualification is a bonus.
