We are seeking an experienced Household Manager to oversee the full operation of a high-end private residence in Saudi Arabia. The role requires exceptional leadership, discretion, and the ability to deliver world-class service standards in a dynamic, culturally aware environment. Due to the private living arrangement and cultural environment, this position may be best suited for a female candidate.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Manage all daily household operations across the residence
  • Recruit, lead, and train a multi-national household team
  • Ensure five-star service standards at all times
  • Oversee budgets, procurement, and supplier coordination
  • Plan and execute private events and high-level guest experiences
  • Coordinate maintenance, security, and external contractors

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed training in the hospitality industry
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Well-groomed and pleasant appearance
  • Willingness to travel
  • Highly professional, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong leadership skills.
  • Previous UHNW experience is essential. Cultural sensitivity, flexibility, and discretion are key to success in this role.
